How do I book a party?

How far in advance should I book the truck?

We make reservations on a first come first serve basis. Once the non refundable deposit is paid, the event is booked. We only have two trucks and book up fast during the peak season. The sooner the better!

What is your cancellation policy?

You can cancel at any time but the deposit is non refundable.

What is the cost for less than 50 people?

We charge for 50 people or less. You pay the same fee for 25 or 50 guests.

What is the maximum number of guests you can accommodate?

We can serve up to 150 guests per truck with our standard packages. However, every event is different. Inquire within for larger parties. We have a solution for any size party!

When do you need to know our final head count?

At least 5 days prior to event.

Do I pay full price for small children?

Kids ten and under count as 2 for 1.

Where is your service area?

We will cater anywhere in the Connecticut/ New York area, but additional travel charges may apply.

What if it rains?

Our parties are rain or shine. We will park close to cover, bring a tent, or even bring the food inside.  We’ll roll with it and make it work!

Can you park in our backyard?

If the ground is level and firm. These trucks are very heavy and can get stuck easily. We are not responsible for any damages to your lawn.

Can you park in our driveway or on street in front of house?

As long as the ground is level.

How big is the truck?

It’s about 24 feet long and 8 feet wide.

Do you offer gluten free, vegetarian, etc?

We can supply Gluten free buns if needed, we offer veggie burgers, and we use canola oil in our fryers. There are no nut products on the truck.

Can I pick the truck or bus?

We reserve the right to send the bus or truck to your party depending on that days schedule. We will let you know which vehicle is coming to your party.

Do you provide the plates?

We bring paper goods, forks, napkins, condiments, and anything else you would need.

Do you have ice cream?

Unfortunately, there is no ice cream on the Cowabunga Food Truck.
